Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes! New users get a 14-day Pro trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start — you'll only be asked to subscribe if you want to continue with Pro after the trial.
What counts as an AI call?
AI calls include: chat messages, auto-analysis on captures, gardener AI phases (duplicate detection, auto-tagging, project assignment), task extraction, memory extraction, and AI planning. Smart search is powered by our own AI models and doesn't count toward your limit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. For Team plans, we also support invoicing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team for a full refund.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything during this period. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
