Docuvia for iOS
Docuvia stores documents on your iPhone and does not require a Clear Tangle account. Email support@cleartangle.com for help. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Docuvia version, and the exact message shown in the app. Please do not email identity documents, document numbers, or other sensitive document content.
Docuvia Pro syncs automatically. Confirm that iCloud Drive is enabled, the same Apple Account is used on each device, enough iCloud storage is available, and the device has a working connection. Open Docuvia Settings for the latest sync status; temporary failures are retried automatically. Clear Tangle cannot remotely inspect your private iCloud documents.
In Docuvia Settings, choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that originally purchased Docuvia Pro. Apple handles billing and account identity, so Clear Tangle cannot look up, reveal, or change your Apple ID.
Use Scan to capture a document or import an image. Docuvia recognizes text on your iPhone and suggests details for you to review before saving. Open a saved document to update its details. Camera or Photos permission can be changed in iOS Settings.
If a reminder does not arrive, allow Docuvia notifications in iOS Settings and check Focus settings. For the optional app lock, make sure Face ID or a device passcode is configured and Docuvia is allowed to use it.
