Projects.

Group everything that belongs together.

Projects are flexible containers that group related captures, tasks, and pages. Use them to separate work from personal, organize by client, or track specific initiatives. AI helps by suggesting project assignments automatically.

Creating projects

Create a project from the sidebar or when capturing. Each project includes:

Name & descriptionClear identifier and optional context
Color & iconVisual distinction in lists and filters
Default settingsAuto-apply tags or categories to new captures
Archive optionHide completed projects without deleting

AI auto-assignment

When you capture something, AI analyzes the content and suggests which project it belongs to:

Content analysisAI reads your capture and compares it to existing project content

Smart suggestionsTop 3 matching projects shown with confidence scores

One-click acceptAccept the suggestion or choose a different project

Learning over timeSuggestions improve as you accept or override them

Project contents

Each project acts as a container for multiple content types:

CapturesAll thoughts and notes assigned to this project
TasksAction items extracted from project captures
PagesLong-form documents created within the project

Clearer project follow-through

Project views make task state, archive feedback, and next actions easier to scan, so you can understand what needs attention without losing the context that belongs with it.

Project context in chat

Use @project:Name in chat to scope your conversation:

›@project:Marketing what are my open tasks?
›Summarize everything in @project:Q4 Planning
›Based on @project:Research, what gaps exist?

Project sharing

Projects can be shared with enhanced visibility controls:

Mark projects as “shared” to control visibilityShared captures appear in feeds with proper attributionPersonal content stays private while sharing what mattersFilter and organize shared content easily
PROJECT WORKFLOW

Start with broad projects (Work, Personal, Side Projects) and create more specific ones as needed. You can always merge or reorganize later.
